Payment

Payment can be currently made by prepayment by cheque or money order.

Goods and Services Tax is automatically calculated and included in the total price.

Shipping

We ship anywhere within Australia via Australia Post's parcel service and internationally via Australia Post's Airmail parcel service.  Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-3 business days for parcels.  Approximate delivery times for international parcels is 3-6 working days.

Shipping is automatically calculated on the total weight of the items to be purchased.  A low handling fee of $2 per order is added to cover the cost of postage packaging such as padded bags or boxes.

For cheque or money order, goods will be shipped immediately once payment has been cleared.

Warranty

No warranty, implied or otherwise, is provided on the contents of the products. We will only replace defective media, and proper return authorisation must be obtained.

Refunds

We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a resaleable condition.

Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions.
